Expectations VS Reality, disappointed customer. I have ordered from Pretty Little Thing before and my orders were satisfactionary quality. However, this time (order 124-1206075-6936267) one item was delivered looking NOTHING like in pictures and top and bodysuit was received with clear visible deodorant marks and marks of wear.. I had an issue with the delivery of my parcel , I emailed customer service and they were fantastic , they replied very fast , they dealt with my case quickly and efficiently . I love plt and shop online all the time I've never had any issue and when I have it's quickly resolved 10/10. Date of experience: 06 May 2024.

The customer service from Joseph through email was excellent and everything was dealt with and refund given very quickly. I have ordered from PLT before and never had any problems. These things happen from time to time. I'm just pleased it was dealt with promptly. Date of experience: August 18, 2022. Useful.. Our daughters love buying from Pretty… Our daughters love buying from Pretty Little Thing, a great selection of trendy clothes. Have always found the returns and refund easy. We had to return 1item from the Christmas present orders and the refund was received very quickly, whereas we are still waiting for refunds from a couple of other companies.
